If you have any questions, there are various ways to reach us:

e-Mail queries to pix@pixalot.co.za will be answered within about 1 hour; the live chat (bottom of your screen) immediately; and messages on our Facebook or Instagram pages are answered once a day.

All channels are manned by real humans from 7am-9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you need not worry about annoying AI chat bots!

To keep overheads down, we don't operate a phone-in call centre, but if you would like a call-back, send us you phone number & the information you need, and a product expert will call you if necessary, however we would prefer you used one of the alternative channels so all your requirements can be captured correctly & be referred back to.

Our studio & workshop is in Hewetts Business Park, 19 Hewett Avenue, Cape Town but because we make-to-order, we do not display pre-made items in a gallery/store setting, and the workshop is not open to the public, but we deliver nationwide by courier.
